Sales and Payment
Sales are subject to availability. Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch. Normally products are in stock, if a supply problem exists we will notify you.
Please note that if there is no-one home when the goods are delivered, your order will be left on your doorstep. No liability will be accepted by Porter's Original Paints/ Sydney Harbour Paint Company or our carrier if the goods are removed or stolen.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Paints & Wallpapers
We are happy to refund or exchange untinted paint only (such as undercoats and clear finishes) for credit toward future purchases. The paint must be returned to us within 10 days from the date of delivery. There will be a 15% restocking fee.
Please be careful when choosing your colours as there is no exchange or refund on tinted paints.
For wallpapers purchase, all wall paper sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Please note, that Returns & Exchange may take up to two (2) weeks to process. The cost of returned goods will be refunded to the credit card payment was made from. Delivery and handling costs will not be refunded. Costs incurred in returning goods have to be bared by the customer.
